Should the Site user be a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to his or her commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activities, any dispute that may arise in connection to these conditions and/or in connection with the Site will be referred to the jurisdiction of the Court of the user’s place of residence or domicile. In all other cases, the Court of Milan, Italy, shall have exclusive jurisdiction and competence over any disputes that arise in connection with these conditions.
Nevertheless, Camfin reserves the right, should it be deemed necessary, to take legal action before courts in countries or cities other than Italy or Milan to protect its interests and assert its rights.
